DIET ★ EXERCISE

(1)DIET
Tofu is very healthy. It has low calories and nutritious. It makes from soybeans . Soybeans are very healthy, too. It includes protein, vitamin B, and calcium. It can change Tofu, freeze Tofu, soy milk and deep-fried bean curd. It affects high blood pressure etc. Maybe we sometimes eat Tofu. Tofu makes our stomach filled. And we can change it for many cooking’s. For example, Tofu salad, Tofu stake, Tofu gratin and Tofu cake (*^v^*).We can eat cake (Tofu cake)!! And it’s low calories!! So we can eat many types of Tofu’s food and we can taste it with enjoyment.


(2)EXERCISE
Yoga makes our body flexible, and it’s good for our health. Yoga means method of training originally. For instance, there are methods of breath and attitude. Especially, Yoga of bedrock affects our body. If we experience Yoga of bedrock, we sweat a lot, exclude waste matter and circulate blood smoothly. In addition to, we can dissolve fatness, stiff neck and poor blood circulation. Yoga of bedrock is very good, because it suits to make our body. We can do Yoga at home. So it’s simple!!Why don’t you try it, and we must be slim better than now.
